Order Confirmation


Please let us know whether you are happy for us to substitute your order with another brand that is similar to what you originally required. For eg. if you ordered Heinz Soy Sauce 500ml, we can substitute it with Woolworths Soy Sauce 1L. If you do not allow substitution, then we will not try to supply your order if it's out of stock.


Confirmation of order

The total amount on our website is just an estimate. We will send you the final invoice after we've checked our stock availability.

Once you have successfully submitted your order we will send you an order confirmation to the email address you have provided to us. Please check your spam or junk folders in case our email has been directed there. To avoid this, we recommend that you add our email address ( to your contacts list. If your order confirmation has not come through within 4 hours then please call our Customer Service on 36530.

Please review your confirmation email when it comes through to check that everything is correct.
