Returns or Replacements

We do not allow returns or replacement for products purchased through LCM Supermarket's online shop. We will only accept returns or replacements if items you have purchased are damaged, faulty or spoiled at the time of delivery or pick-up. If you receive an item that you consider to be damaged, faulty or spoiled. Proof of purchase will be required.


If what you order is not what you get

Our team of Pickers and Packers will do their best to pick your Groceries in accordance with your order and preferences. If you notice that you have been charged for a Grocery item you did not receive or have been supplied a Grocery item in error, then please contact our Customer Service on 36530 so that we can address the issue.
